Course access duration (for example, 12 months or lifetime) will be clearly stated at purchase.
We may update or improve content periodically to maintain accuracy and quality.
4. Coaching Services (Bookings & Participation)
When you book a coaching session or coaching package, you are purchasing time, support, and professional coaching services.
Coaching sessions may take place online via Zoom or another agreed platform. In-person coaching sessions may be arranged by mutual agreement, subject to location availability and scheduling. You are responsible for attending sessions on time and ensuring you have a stable internet connection and a private space where possible. Coaching is a collaborative process. You remain responsible for your own decisions, actions, and wellbeing.
5. Payments, Packages & Refunds
All prices are in New Zealand Dollars (NZD) unless otherwise stated.
Payment is required in full at the time of purchase unless a payment plan has been arranged in writing.
Online courses and digital products
Due to the digital nature of our content, refunds are not generally available once access is granted, except where required by law (such as under the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act 1993, the Australian Consumer Law, or applicable UK/EU consumer protection laws).
If you purchase a course with immediate access, you acknowledge that doing so may waive any standard cooling-off or cancellation period under local consumer law.
Coaching services
Payment for coaching sessions is due within 48 hours after the appointment, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
If you are on a payment plan, you remain responsible for completing all payments as agreed.
6. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy (Coaching Sessions)
We understand that life happens, and we aim to be flexible where we can.
You may reschedule a coaching session with at least 24 hours notice.
If you cancel or reschedule within 24 hours of your scheduled session, the session will be charged in full.
If you do not attend your session (no-show), the session will be charged in full. This policy exists to protect scheduled time that cannot be rebooked at short notice.
