Life & ADHD Coaching
Find your pattern and create a life that
works with it.
ADHD can affect so many parts of everyday life, from getting started and managing time to motivation, overwhelm and knowing what to prioritise.
For some people, ADHD is the obvious part of the picture. For others, they’re still trying to work out whether ADHD or neurodivergence might explain why certain things have always felt harder than they seem like they should.
And some people simply recognise themselves in the patterns and themes I talk about here, whether or not they identify as ADHD or neurodivergent.
Coaching is a space to explore what’s going on for you, understand your patterns and find practical ways of doing things that work better for you.

What we can work on
Coaching can be practical and focused on the things that are getting in the way day to day, or it can be a space to understand yourself better, explore patterns and work out what you actually want.
Practical support might include:
-
getting started, prioritising and following through
-
planning, time management and organisation
-
focus, motivation and task switching
-
routines, habits and managing competing demands
-
overwhelm, energy and mental load
-
work, study and everyday responsibilities
The bigger picture might include:
-
understanding your ADHD or neurodivergent experience
-
self-trust and self-criticism
-
recurring patterns and expectations
-
identity and making sense of past experiences
-
values, boundaries and relationships
-
working out what you actually want and what matters to you
The focus will depend on what’s happening for you and what you want support with.
Working with me
I’m a certified coach with a BA in Psychology and I’m late-diagnosed AuDHD myself. My approach is shaped by my background in coaching and psychology, alongside the kind of understanding that comes from lived experience.
There’s a lot of information out there about ADHD, and a lot of it might resonate. But knowing more about ADHD doesn’t always mean knowing how it shows up for you or how to apply what you’re learning to your own life.
Coaching gives you a space to go deeper. We can explore the patterns that keep showing up, what might be holding you back and make sense of why certain things feel difficult. Over time, this can lead to greater insight, self-understanding and self-trust.
We can also work on practical strategies for the things that are making everyday life harder. The aim isn’t to find the perfect system, but to work out what actually helps you. We can try things, adapt them to fit your life and keep adjusting as you learn more about what works, without deciding you’ve failed when something doesn’t.

Life & ADHD Coaching
50 minutes | $130
For when you want the space to explore things in more depth and build on what comes up over time.
Sessions give you time to reflect, make sense of patterns and experiences, and turn those insights into something useful in your everyday life. We can try different approaches, come back to what happened between sessions and keep building on what you’re learning about yourself and what works for you.
There’s no set number of sessions. We can work together for as long as it feels useful.
Focused Coaching
30 minutes | $80
For when there’s something specific you need to get started on, make sense of, or work out how to approach.
Sometimes you need to put the bigger stuff aside and deal with the thing that’s right in front of you. It might be something you’re stuck on, a decision you’re going around in circles with, or a situation that’s taking up a lot of mental space and making it harder to get on with everything else.
It can also be a useful option if you want a little extra accountability or a check-in between longer sessions to keep moving with something you’re working on.
