Accessibility Statement
Our intention
We want the Scattered Mind Society website to be usable by as many people as possible — including people who use screen readers, keyboard navigation, or other assistive technology, and people who find busy or cluttered websites hard to use.
We're not web accessibility experts, and we haven't had this site formally audited. But we care about getting it right, and we're genuinely open to hearing when something isn't working.
What we've tried to do
When building and updating the site, we've tried to:

Use clear, plain language throughout.

Add descriptions to images so screen readers can convey them.

Make sure pages can be navigated with a keyboard, not just a mouse.

Keep the layout simple and consistent so it's easy to find your way around.

Make sure text can be resized without breaking the page.
Where we might fall short
There are probably things we've missed or got wrong. Some parts of the site — like embedded content from other platforms — are outside our control. We're a small team doing our best, and we know that's not the same as a fully audited, certified accessible website.
If you run into something that makes the site hard to use for you, we'd really like to know. You're not being a burden by telling us — it genuinely helps.
