ADHD coaching is a collaborative process that helps you better understand your brain, make sense of your experiences, and move forward in a way that works for you.
Coaching is for adults with ADHD, those who suspect they may have ADHD, or anyone wanting to make sense of their experiences or to better understand how their brain works. You don't need a formal diagnosis to benefit.
No. Many people seek coaching while they're exploring ADHD or waiting for an assessment and some people just resonate with the experience. We focus on your experiences and challenges, not just a diagnosis.
At this stage, I work with adults 18+.
If you're looking for support for your child, I'd recommend finding a mental health professional or coach who specialises in working with children and adolescents.
I do, however, work with parents. Many parents come to coaching because they're feeling overwhelmed, anxious or emotionally exhausted while navigating their child's diagnosis or support needs. Coaching provides a space to process what you're carrying, make sense of your own experience, and find a way forward that feels more manageable.
I combine professional coaching with lived experience of being diagnosed with AuDHD as an adult. My goal isn't to give you a list of ADHD tips. It's to help you understand your own patterns so you can work with your brain, rather than constantly feeling like you're working against it.
